Vous devez nous transmettre un certificat m\u00e9dical, dat\u00e9 de moins d\u2019un an \u00e0 la date du raid et portant obligatoirement la mention de \u00ab non contre-indication \u00e0 la pratique d\u2019activit\u00e9s multisport en comp\u00e9tition \u00bb.
Ce certificat m\u00e9dical peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par une licence sportive agr\u00e9\u00e9e 2025-2026 de type raid multisports\/triathlon.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
